Just got my Vanilla LE Mod....Locking ring was stuck.

So i just managed to get my locking ring unstuck by disassembling the end cap. Now my question is...how do i stop it from getting stuck again? Oil? What kind? Link? Please help.

I would say try some 3-1 oil.
