riva's are unregulated, but they still have electronics which I have seen go, makes me wonder about the quality control. but they are cheap enough. mine don't get hot when dry burning.
my old vision giant that never really worked well popped last night, figured I would try dryburning it one more time, same thing as the vision regular, only one little area glows red, I tried to separate the coil slightly like someone mentioned, still only one little area glowed red until it popped. dryburned two ce2's at the same time as that one with no problem.
I'm almost at the point where I'm hoping one of mine will pop, so I can dissect it. I want to see if I can get the tube off. I've been vaping the same 3 Visions since I got them. I clean and dry burn them every three or four fills.

Good luck with that. I tried to dissect the one I popped and had absolutely no luck. The only one I managed to get the tube off of was an accident. I clean mine in a sonic cleaner then dry by putting them on top of an electric baseboard heater. My oldest vision has had that happen several times. Then evening my pv was sitting on my bed, I leaned over putting my elbow and entire weight on it, and the tube came up half cocked to the side. Fortunately I pushed it down and it is working fine. But it may take extraordinary measures to loosen it from the base.
Sent from my G2...so please excuse the spelling errors, correct gets the best of me.
