I had the unfortunate event of having my case break and battery die on me. I emailed Steve and within a few days I had a brand new one of each for no charge to me. It amazes me how good his customer service is and how he puts his customers ahead of everything else even though he had a very hectic week. Once again Steve I thank you for all the help you have given me. Oh and I had one more question. If I ordered a box of cartomizers would it be possible for me to get a variety of flavors in the box or would I have to get all the same flavor?
