i've been sitting in front of the computer now for over an hour, and have been chain vaping a coffee and ice cream sundae cart (36 mg) the whole time....



at work,
every 2 hours (like a normal cig) for about 10 or so good clouds.....

when im off of work,
about the same....

but, at the computer.... with the PT....

i need to limit myself indeed....



in fact, im gonna take a break.....
be back in a few, as i need to refill these two carts

(and i'll take more caution this time, and try not to destroy my house's drywall in the process8-o)

i'm not a vaper yet... waiting on my first order, but i chainsmoke by the comp (part of the reason i'm interested in vaping) and think once i know the flavors i like i'll restrict myself to low or 0mg nic for comp sessions... i know myself and if i'm not paying attention, i'm sure i'd be in the same boat.

All day and all night long. I just keep topping off my cartomizers... all day and all night. I also use a mod and drip a lot of the time, too.

I'm terrible. However, if I leave the computer and go do something else, I've found that I can go much longer without vaping than I ever could without a cig. When I go to the gym, I'm in there for about 3 1/2 hours (I walk on the treadmill, swim and then shower and put on makeup before I leave and clothing of course LOL) so it takes a long time. I'm not even wanting to vape yet at that point. Before, I needed a cig every 15 to 30 minutes just to stay even.

When I'm out -- anywhere -- maybe 2 or 3 puffs an hour. Unless I'm with smokers, then more (just to be sociable).

At the PC, my PT is in my lap. Switch carts when I feel like it, but enjoying puffing the whole time.

I enjoy about 1.5 carts a day.

Cost vs. smoking? Uh, how's $0.47 cents a day for the same satisfaction as 2 packs of analogs?

If I'm on the computer, I have to physically put the PT down. If it's in my hand, it's in my mouth - I've gone through 2 cartos in one session doing that. Let's see - around 4 cartos a day probably - haven't actually counted. I'll do that tomorrow and get back to you.

Incidentally, unless people think I'm crazy due to time spent not working and doing vaping instead...I'm unemployed.

I totally agree.
4-5 carto's a day 24m or filled with high strength juice (36m).

Probably to much. Seems like every waking moment, worse then the analogs for sure but alot better for me. Just cant seem to put my 30Mg home brew ecopure rich or coffee with cream and sugar down. Always have one of each on me

per week. At the moment, doing whatever it takes to be smoke free.

i know that doing "whatever it takes" is a good way to look at it, but at what cost. should we ( I ) not be concerned with my nicotine intake? im happy i am smoke free for 2 WEEKS! but im afraid it will come at a price. what are your thoughts?
