if i go to full on voltage, i assume that means, it will be basically like a box mod with no regulation correct? or like a riva. what happens if we try to use it like a passthrough? does it charge fast enough to keep up? if so I might go for something like this, be handy to have one of these for movie night. but if i'm chain vaping, is the battery just going to get lower and lower and lower?

still think these are expensive for what they are, but anyway, if i go to full on voltage, i assume that means, it will be basically like a box mod with no regulation correct? or like a riva. what happens if we try to use it like a passthrough? does it charge fast enough to keep up? if so I might go for something like this, be handy to have one of these for movie night. but if i'm chain vaping, is the battery just going to get lower and lower and lower?

I truly disagree in every regard, go to a place like cov, 28 for a regular usb ego, ours is vv and is 29.99, if you think thats pricey then the industry is in trouble. our regular ego usb is a true joye and its priced cheaper then most.

At the end of the day we have a business to run. Im not going to give away things for free to appease a few people who expect that.

Are you kidding me robl45? Do you know what these cost us? Do you know what we go through to provide support both here and in the forum where Chris and I, by far, provide unprecedented presence compared to ANY forum supplier on ECF? -- to be on tap with the manufacturer at 4am to address any issues and communicate with them because of the time difference?

Are you kidding me? Here you have a eGo that is not just a battery but a pass through that comes with a usb cord and not just a pass through but, a variable three stage pass through.

"For what they are..."? For GOODNESS sake it is $28.50 after you use your automatic VIP discount then we have the most reasonable shipping in the industry charging just what it costs us, around $2.00 for this item.

I don't mean to be so testy here (and honestly rob you weren't horrible or too obnoxious but I had to delete a thread yesterday from an individual who was price shopping on an item and posting his findigns in our very own forum and it wasn't even the same products, comparing apples to oranges) but please cut us a little slack and allow us _some_profit margin to:

a) have a profit cushion to address any warranty issues

b) have a margin so that we can spend time here and I can justify the hours spent in emails everyday helping our customers out (which I do cheerfully)

c) have a profit cushion so that Chris and I can justify DOING this, meaning we make _some_ money to pay the bills and maybe get an ice cream cone here and there, otherwise I will need to find something else that will as well as Chris.

On top of everything else when we roll out a product at GotVapes I spend upwards of four hours just on ONE product, photographing, photoshopping, writing copy and creatign the product page as well as inserting it into the lineup, gettign all its specs correctly, announcing on the forum with informative photo-laden threads, throwing out a newsletter, tweets, etc etc etc. We just dont take a stock photo that is 200 pixels by 200 pixels, write 2-3 sentences but I dedicate so much time in consideration and out of respect for our customers and out of pride in what I and what Chris and I are doing overall with GotVapes. Chis will then often take the product and do thorough video reviews and demos.

So there are so many things that go into pricing. And yet, despite all of that we still have some of the lowest prices on comparable products than ANYONE.

yes rob, when plugged in it charges pretty fast and works like it should when plugged in, it doesnt have the led so its smaller as well. the performance is pretty good on htese, i was using one in the videos i made recently

okay, so they will hold full voltage then? or whatever the voltage the battery can supply? i read something about the VV passthrough that it was getting voltage drop.

it will perform the same as the others when unplugged but slightly better since there is no led, those tests should be in soon as i sent them out to certain testers here, when plugged in it sure has more of a kick and would assume its holding the voltages at each setting better when plugged in, that as well is being tested by our portugal members

i vape pretty much nonstop for 6 hours on the weekends. do you think it will hold up through that? if it will, it will be perfect.
