Just issued refund!! Vaporstation

I am trying so hard not to freak about all this FDA BULLSH*T, i'm ready to blow!!! Sorry let me get it together for a moment. I don't know if I'm posting in the right area but I just want to let everyone know that apparently pay-pal has frozen Vaporstation's account!!8-o I had two orders in with them and got 2 e-mail refund notices from them. I don't know how to direct link the notice to you all. The note from the merchant(vaporstation) said :"Paypal has frozen my account. Refunds are being issued. Will notify when back in working order." WTF!! Got my refunds, but I want my ****!!! After reading banned in Oregon and some of the other news here I'm ready to BLOW!!! I need to have a drink now. I could rant forever, but everyone has just about said everything I could think of , I just want to cry. This is unbelievable! Oh well, just wanted to give everyone the heads up on vaporstation's situation.

I can certainly understand your flustration. I was lucky enough to receive a copper Versus earlier this week. But, I want to order a few more for myself, friends and family.

I could be wrong, but I get the feeling that Eric's Pay Pal problems are just that. Pay Pal and more of their fixing what isn't broken, and creating more hoops and needless garbage to wade through if you have an account with them. They have really ruined Ebay over the last couple of years with this kind of thing. Seems only true to form that since Ebay owns Pay Pal too, they would be adding more hoops and garbage there too.

This kind of thing just seems to be a eronious trend in the US. as a whole. It goes on right down to State, County, big and small business. This trend of government on down of hiring a consultant to tell them how to add more regulation, laws and rules is insane. It just creates huge mountains of needless trash and task. Now we the average people, need a consultant to decipher what use to be simply a few steps to take.

As you said, now here comes the FDA with a bunch more of the mountanious hoops, trash, and task.

Hopefully Eric gets this worked out soon and we can just get our goods. I just so wish he would let us send him a money order for now. I NEED my junkie goods NOW.

Gals and guys, please just bear with us. We've just hit a huge snag in that the largest order we've placed yet having been recently seized on top of PayPal freezing our account thereby cutting off all the potential growth investments within said account.

We do not plan to increase prices in order to sustain, though it definitely isn't being taken off the table. We do plan on sticking with the $50.00 promotion for the Versus 510 (which will only be available in Copper for the time being) until Friday, August 7. We are currently trying to find another merchant to manage our transactions as PayPal has proven to be one of the biggest royal pains in the @$$ we've ever dealt with. Hopefully by this time Tuesday we will have this new payment method approved and implemented.

I am so sorry to all of you I had to issue refunds to. The past week has been devastating (thank god for alcohol) but we do hope to recover.

If any of our loyal customers need any products in the meantime that we are unable to provide, please shoot us an email and we will find you a supplier we ourselves know and trust. I hate to give our business to the competition, but I'd rather do that than have you folks run out of parts or liquids and return to the products that actually DO contain Diethylene Glycol and carcinogens (tobacco cigarettes).

If anyone has any suggestions in regards to a reliable merchant, please PM me.

This is utter crap!!! How can they seize crap when it is neither legal nor illegal. I didn't see the FDA checking baby bibs with lead!

I REALLY hope you guys get this ironed out...I wanted to start ordering some stuff from you guys and found out about all of this!
