ok so i made this recipe about 10 days ago and just tried it. i gotta say it's pretty darn good, and very close in taste to the Orange Cream i usually buy. i'm relieved because when i tried a sample shortly after i made it i wasn't too thrilled with it. apparently steeping really is important. heh.

Yep; creams can take a week, or two, to balance out and come into their own. I'm glad it was a happy outcome for you!
