I find rayon to be tasteless, like organic cotton. Either is generally better than silica in that arena, although silica does fill certain purposes.

I think rayon wicks a tad bit faster than the cotton, but I've not used anything more than 50/50 PG/VG, ymmv.

Conversely, the cotton pads are marginally easier to work with, so... :vapor:

New here and I figured I'd post here instead of starting a new thread.
I quit smoking and started vaping back in late December, and have progressed up from an ego-t, then a nautilus on a cfvv, then the mechmods and an atlantis and atty, and have been pretty happy lately with a couple istick 50ws and a couple kanger subtanks (fullsize "og") one with the rba, and one with .5 coils. I've recently started wrapping a 1.2 ohm single coil for the rba tank, and buggered up the other base trying to get rid of a wandering ohm problem while on the istick. So being down to one subtank, I decided to try out the arctic tank, and I'm really impressed with it other than it's small capacity. Anyways, that's a rundown on where I'm at and 1 post down out of 5.

Hello Fordzuki, I was thinking of getting an istick myself to take out and about (my mvp is getting to old now more watts needed),and my godmod 180 is just to big to carry around all day. Those sub tanks sound nice aswell. My first tank was a kanger (protank 2), used to spend ages rebuilding those old kanger coils before moved onto proper rba's and rta's.
