Just ordered a VMod 2.0, have a few questions.

1. Been reading alot about the kick. Can I kick the small VMod with the 14500 batt? If so, is it worth it?

2. What do yall think about the hybrid atties from Vapage? I am interested in the new hybrids but I cant bring myself to drop $20 on ONE HH357, especially since I mostly use cartos. Speaking of which...

3. How well do boge cartos work with a bottomfeeder?

4. And last, how to IMR batts perform compared to trustfires? I already have several trustfires from a KIA boxmod.

The vapage hybrid attys are pretty nice. Just picked up a few of the betterlife 3 hole LR attys and they are great, for $5 each. Can't comment about the kick but I picked up a vmod 2.0 about a month ago and love it. For the first time in my life I actually want to smoke this instead of a regular cigarette.

1. No -- you can't Kick a vmod2. Wrong size battery compartment. People have modded the VmodXL for use with the Kick.

2. I liked the previous version, I luv the new slant coil specs. (Vapage Hybrid atty)

3. I've used boge's on all my bottom feeders quite successfully. I also like smoketec single coils and vapage's silos.

4. I'm a fan of AW brand.

Tearose, do you know if a shortstop and/or a 2c for safety fuse works in either XL or 2.0?

It's a wee bit tight in there, but the 2cents vape safe does fit in the XL.

It should fit in most mods that have 18mm battery --- that's the 18 part of 18650, 18490, 18350. (The circumference.) I don't have the exact specs, but the height is about 1/16".

The other one you mentioned should have darn close to the same size specs.

Get the AW IMR 14500's... They are capable of a higher discharge rate, stay within the useful voltage range longer, and have no need for a fuse, because they are safe chemistry.

My Vmod came today and I love it so far. I’m going to put it to the test tonight during the Clemson Aubarn game. The hybrid is great, I can see myself buying some more. Also think Im gonna get some IMR batts.

Vaping is too much fun haha
