bruiser if you'll take a look at both the young june and the L-rider versions of the "Lambo" lavatubes, you'll see that the models he is selling on his site are different from both. His website is named "AquaVapor.com" and I see that as a spreading of misinformation.. it is not Aqua, it is not water, its Propylene Glycol or Vegetable Glycerin. He's calling these eGos, strait up. This guy is obviously misinformed himself and I don't like his business practices (including what I've just stated above) Here is a video of him showcasing his "variable voltage eGo"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=o_V2pA9aBeg#!

I mean, the guy seems like such a nice guy. He really does. I really think this is a matter of him just not realizing that its not an eGo.

But look at this, this is what I'm talking about. If you'll click on each thumbnail picture on this page I'm about to link you to, you'll see that he is selling a "2.0 MyGo" and each picture shows a different model. Some of the pictures appear to be the original lavatube, SOME of them appear to RESEMBLE the new "lambo" style lavatube.. But if you'll take a look at the 3rd thumbnail picture in.. You'll see that he is selling a lavatube that LOOKS like a young june, or Lambo, with a BLACK finish, but NO eGo drip-well? whaaat? NO eGo style fitting. 2ndly, in the same picture, you'll see that it indeed has the screen where the battery is on the voltage screen, yet the screen is a red-orange, not a pure red, like a true lavatube. You'll also notice that light is leaking through holes in between the screen and the casing. This is NOT a L-Rider lambo OR a young june, this is either a counterfeit, or early version of the young june... that I haven't seen anywhere else. Have you?

Just got the Variable Voltage MyGo Electronic Cigarette in black, and it's a Young June 1.5T, which is exactly the version I was looking for. He does have L-Rider images for the chrome and silver, so I'm not sure what you would get if you ordered one of those.

Bottom-line, it's a steal at $49.95 for a black Young June 1.5T, a Vivi Nova 2.5 set (yes its the new version), 2 ICR 2200mAh (page only mentioned 1600mAh), charger, and a decent case.

does yours have the "Zombie Mode" where if you power it off it still fires? Just wondering.

Same here, definitely no zombie mode. I tested several times specifically for it. Also, I'm thinking Young June must have corrected the LCD display washout issue in later batches, because this one is clear as day viewed straight on.

I used the coupon too, but added an extra 2.4ohm head for the Vivi, since I was going for free shipping. Total w/ the extra head was $49.95

Despite my skepticism concerning the closeout MyGo V2.0 Vtube from AquaVapor---the non-matching pictures on the product page showing Vtubes of different versions by both L-Rider and Young-June did not inspire confidence---I kept reading the thread. When a couple posters wrote that they had ordered and received Young-June chrome Vtubes, I decided to take a chance.

So, on October 14th, I went to the AquaVapor site and checked out the price for a closeout MyGo V2.0 barebones chrome Vtube---no batts, chargers, or accessories. I applied the "switch" coupon code for 10% off. To my surprise, the final price was only $32.16 with free shipping. I thought, "Gee, that's cheap. Even if AquaVapor sends me an L-Rider Lambo instead of a Young-June, at that price it's worth the risk." So I ordered one. In the comments box, I asked for a Young-June rather than an L-Rider, just in case.

I received the package four days later to find a shiny Young-June chrome v2.1 Vtube inside. It's the updated version---much lighter than my original, first-production-run Young-June chrome v2.0 Vtube (which had died a horrible death after three months from a bad 510 connector, which couldn't be repaired). That first one was a heavy monster, weighing in at a hefty 5.20 ounces with an 18650 battery installed. The new one is comparatively light---a mere 3.45 ounces. Cool. Also, the lousy display screen of all previous generations of Young-June Vtubes (which had to be tilted to read the display) has been fixed. The display now has high contrast and is easy to read. In addition, the low-voltage zombie stealth problem has been fixed. When you power down with 5-clicks of the power button, it really does shut off completely.

All in all, a great deal. I liked the new one so much, I decided to get a second one. At that price, it was too tempting to pass up. So, I went back to AquaVapor and selected another chrome barebones Vtube from the closeout page. But this time, the price after the 10% off coupon was $2.79 more, and shipping was no longer free. The total came to about $7 more than the one I ordered on the 14th. $39.90 is still a good price, but it wasn't the killer deal I got on the first one. As a result, I emptied the cart. Just as well, really, since I have way, way too many PVs already.

With the improved screen, light weight, and no zombie-mode glitch, I like it better than the dead chrome V2.0 it replaced. We'll see how well it holds up over time.

Ah cool. If you got the black one from there and it doesnt do the zombie thing I suppose I'll pick one up :)

News flash (LOL). My one-month-old Young-June black-chrome Mini Vtube v2.0 (from FreEcigs) just went looney-tunes in a very bad way. Began auto-firing by itself.

Sorry to hear that, but thanks for posting. Looks like I'm sticking with the 1.5T for a while.
