I am trying to order e juice on puresmoker, but it will not let me choose the bottle size or nicotine level. Does this mean that they are out of the product? I emailed steve but haven't gotten an answer.

I am one of the boneheads that ordered a kit from intellicig(S).com 1 week ago and my order is STILL in a "processing" status.8-o I have read in other threads that a lot of people have gotten ripped off by them... not good. We will see what happens there.

So anyway... I bit the bullet and spent another 100 bucks at puresmoker last night once the site got up and running. Not only did the site offer a great interface for easy ordering, I got my confirmation email INSTANTLY, and within 6 HOURS got my tracking number!! HOLY CRAP!! Now thats SUPERB service!!

I rec'd order and payment confirmation on same day but no tracking number. I doubt they can give any of us that until tomorrow. I'd like to see a pic of them hauling it all to the Post Office.

i made an order saturday, the money was withdrawn, but no emails sent out to me. with such a good tract record im not to concerned about being jipped, however perhaps my order was lost? how soon did you all recieve a confirmation number in email?
