I'm enjoying it quite nicely at 4.45v with the liquinator (3ohm boge) and DCT (1.5ohm dual coil). 4.4v seems to be a little hot for ce2's but it still works well. I love it. I'm trying really hard not to overdo it.

I can help with a couple of those questions. First, as far as nic Fit Nation is concerned it seems like they have a limited stock. Probably the case that Sir Lawrence made a bunch for them and they resell them, where SL makes every one on VaporMoon to order.
If you ever intend to use DC carto's on the mod, and you're getting a VV or 5v version, you want the high power circuitry.
As for the touch sensor, it's nice. The only catch is that you need to be touching exposed metal as well as the little sensor nub to complete the circuit and trigger the mod. You usually don't need to lick your thumb or finger to use it, but if your hands are cold and extremely dry, then you may need to either lick yer finger or put some lotion on, but I've been able to get mine to fire with no help unless my hands are crazy dry.
So if you want a custom one (I think he still has pink as an option) get it from him at vapormoon. If you want the one in the pic on nicfitnation, contact them to see what exactly is in the build first. I highly recommend that ya get a brand new one, because it's literally made for you. It takes longer, but it's worth it.

My review I posted today over in the VV forum. I've been using it for just over a week now and it's just sweeeeet. I haven't dripped with it yet because I'm making room in the budget for an HH357 510 2.5ohm atty.

Meeems, I just checked the link you gave, and it is the high powered option Saber that they are offering, so you should be good to go
Now, as far as the touch sensor goes, I can HONESTLY say that with the 3 that I have, I have NEVER licked a finger!! I use AW IMR batteries though, so they have a little more umph to make it easier
