ego's are a great first gear and later backup gear :)
is it a variable voltage and what mah (battery life) did you get?
ce4's are nice but you do have to be careful with plastic tanks as some juice will eat through plastic, always try to go with glass or metal tanks to be on the safe side :D

and welcome to vaping and to ECF, feel free to ask questions...no question is too stupid (trust me, i've asked them all ;) ) just uninformed....
there are plenty of folks here that will try to help you out and point you into the right direction to find something that fits your needs

Welcome, I am new to the forums as well. I had a similar setup when I first started. Didn't last long before I decided I needed something with a bit more of a punch. It works and is a nice way to get your feet wet but I think you too will possibly want to step up the ladder a couple rungs after a short while. But on the other side of that I also have a friend who has been using the ego batteries and protanks for 2+ years and he is satisfied, so to each his own. Best of luck with leaving the cigs behind though dude.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I have been off of cigarettes since Christmas and don't miss them a bit.

I am already looking at some glass tanks on eBay to replace the CE4 clearomizer in the near future as I have read that menthol and cinnamon juices can be corrosive?

Yeah, some juices wreak havoc on the plastic tanks.
If you notice any clouding of the tank, you got a "Tank-Cracker".
Your setup is a really decent step, I still have a Vision Spinner battery around as a back-up to my back-up!

You'll find as you progress that tanks (clearomizers) can make all the difference in you experience. Some deliver better flavors than others, others more vapor, warmer/cooler vapor, etc... it's quite the experience trying out all the different toppers and devices that are available to us these days!

Hi! Welcome and congratulations! ! :)
Many started with an ego myself included. I think it was a great purchase! And when (if) you decide to go bigger, stronger, different shape size or what not you will have the ego as a nice backup.

Yep, cinnamon and acidity corrode plastic tanks so Just be careful with that. . I think a glass tank is the way to go. I'm stuck on the protank 2 because the coils are cheap and it works for me :)

Many love the aspires.. I'm sure there will be many suggestions. I wish you happy vaping!!

I'm actually looking into a protank 2! Good to know! Thanks!

Yeah kms... The ProTank Mini's are great little tanks that are easy to use and taste great with nice vapor.
I must have a half-dozen of the little buggers still laying around here!

They look great on top of the eGo batteries too.
