My first X2 900 manual battery (purple if you must know :p) and my first clearomizer. I am a little nervous about the clearo because I've heard they can leak. Are there any newbie friendly videos on how to fill and clean the clearos? I would appreciate it greatly! :)

On another note... I can't believe it's been over 30 days since my last cig! I did take a drag off of my husbands, though... and I am not missing a damn thing!

I don't know of any videos, myself. I just wanted to add how I clean mine.

I unscrew the tip, and run lukewarm water into the clearo.
Shake, drain, shake, drain, etc., a few times.
I then blow into the clearo with the tip off still - to clear the water from the smaller center tube.
Stand the clearo small side down on my a/c vent for a few hours.
Once it appears dry, I put the clearo on a battery and give it a "dry burn." Doing so usually fogs the inside, so I put it back on the vent for a little awhile.
My experience with them tells me the dryer they are, the lower the chances of leaking.

I will add to rinse once more after the dry burn as you may notice some burnt taste if you just refill right after otherwise that works for me also...

Also I remove the center air hole and rubber gasket to clean mine also. Thicker juice will stick to the pole and under the silicone gasket that covers the coil so I take it out with a nice thick paper clip.

It's super simple, just unscrew the top, and drip just down the side. To clean, just fill halfway with water, plug the top with your finger and shake. Dump it and repeat a few times.

I will be posting a video on just the clearos

I wouldn't be worried about leaking, especially if you have a manual battery. Every once in awhile I overfill and get a little leak, but it's only like a drop on the connection point... not even enough for it to drip off anywhere. I wouldn't even notice except it will gurgle a little. I just unscrew it and wipe off the battery connection and clearo .... with a tissue and I'm good to go.

I think you'll really like the clearos. I find them to be the easiest option to clean and refill. No mess and no fuss!
