Just couldnt help myself to the deals in classifieds, hey Dave or any one else how do the ultrafire 600mah stack up on the 10440? I dont really like the fire brands but any input on them would be appreciated

The mAh listed on those is a complete and utter lie. David's testing has shown that the AW ICR are the best choice. I've used ultrafire, AW IMR, and AW ICR. I couldn't tell much difference between the IMR and ICR, but both were much better than the Ultrafires.

Yeah, go with AW ICR 10440, it outperforms them all. The protected 10440's won't fit in it anyway, too long (unless it's an older model made before February 2010).

Just an FYI, Trustfire and Ultrafire are manufactured by the same company, Shenzen Young Technologies. They also manufacture imrs.
