Just placed an order, how will my carto hold up? (never used one)

I just placed an order with my favorite juice vendor (ECBlends) and decided to add a cartomizer, which I have never used.
I am only familiar with the attys that came with my EGO-C kit and the Kanger T2s and Stardust clearos. I am not even sure how the cartos work. My T2 has sprung leaks, and the attys are on the verge of needing replacement so I thought its a good idea to try a new set up and compare all three for future orders.
I ordered: 1 x Cartomizer - SmokTech - eGo 510 - Dual Coil - Clear - 2ohm

How does this compare to other cartos? Will I need a tip/mouth piece? Is there anything I should know about these, I figure to fill Ill read a tutorial? Any advice would be appreciated. And just to clarify, a carto is a tank with a built in atomizer? How many times can it be refilled?

Cartos have a filler material and atomizer built in. You have to keep them topped off after you fill them up using the condom method.

But you ordered all those flavors, and only one carto? The filler absorbs the juice... so you would need one per juice if you don't want the flavors to bleed into one another. It's not like a clearo you can just wash out and refill.

Damn, thats a good point! So I cant rinse and change flavors? I still have the rest of my gear, usually for alternating flavors I switch attys and the plastic thing (called what...?)

Cartos in my experience do not lend themselves to a lot of diff flavors. Unless you have a bunch. That banting in them holds on to liquids. Hard to clean. Almost not worth it. When I try to dry burn them 1/4 the time i fry the coil.

Im under the impression now that I should just get some more T2s (or a diff clearo that will hold up to my abuse)
I trying to nail down a preferred method for vaping, in conjunction with 3-5 juices that I can use days on end. I want to get the most from my vape and flavor, but I feel like Im always tinkering and and never fully satisfied
