Hello all,

I am Michelle, I just placed an order for my first PV! I am 33 and have been smoking for 20 years. Sounds horrible 8-o

I ordered the Vapor King Starter Kit. Thank you all for the wealth of information provided on this forum. I have been reading here non-stop for 2 days trying to figure this all out.

I decided to give up the cigs this past weekend when the FSC (fire safe cigs) came rolling out. They are horrible. They do not taste the same, they burn out at least once a cig, and often times the cherry just plain falls off.

Looking forward to getting to know you all :)

Welcome ... just ordered my Vapor King today as well ... I started with Blu last week and discovered this forum while doing further research. Wish I found it sooner cause I wasted over $100 on blu starter kit, batteries and carts.

I have been a 20 year smoker who has attempted to quit 7+ times over the years ... this is doing the trick so far.

Good Luck!

Thank you all for the welcome :)

NCGator, I almost ordered the Blu myself. I don't know if I would have regretted it, but the rave reviews of Vapor King here sold me on that option.

I guess this is my Christmas present to myself, I really should have paid for expedited shipping. But we just got a boatload of snow here and even if I paid extra I do not know if between the snow and Holidays if it would have gotten here any faster.

I do have one question. For those with experience...

How long will 5 cartridges and one 20ml bottle last me? I plan to try to refill the 5 with the 20ml. I am going out of town 2nd weekend in January and I am hoping the 5 cartridges plus the one bottle will last me through mid January at least. I am trying to decide if I should order more before I leave or if it can wait until I return.

It seems like most people use 2-3 ml per day but it's really hard to know how much you'll use because it really depends a lot on your own vaping habits.

I would play it safe and order a bit more juice.

Thanks VapingRulz, I will place another order before I head out of town. I would hate to fall in love with vaping only to run out.

Now if only I could teleport my delivery, I am excited to try it out!

Woot! I was on my way out the driveway today to celebrat Christmas eve at my sisters and the mailman pulled up! My VK actually made it here before Christmas :)

I should have ran back in the house and set the batteries cto charge but I was already running late. I am home now though and batteries are charging.

Will be Vaping for the first time here real soon, I do have a usb thingy but I want to charge both batteries and I wont be at my comp for a few more hours so I am waiting it out.

I quit drinking on Thanksgiving of this year, 4 weeks ago today. And now will be quitting being a full time Smoker on Christmas!

I am not going to force myself to quit analogs right away but I am hoping my VK will have me off the cigs for the most part :)

Thank you V4L- GREAT customer service!

Excellent! You may be surprised at how easy it is to turn your back on analogs when you start vaping. I was a really hard-core smoker (37+ years) who had tried every means to quit (except Chantix) and I never expected vaping to be so effective that I'd never pick up another cigarette. I don't even want one, which is pretty shocking.

I'll be at 10 weeks off analogs tomorrow and it was incredibly easy.

Well if you quit drinking this year, then the cigs will be no problem with vaping. Just don't go too high, nor too low, find your happy medium.

But two addictions 86'd this year? Well you will replace the alcohol with this 4um addiction (TRUST ME!), and smoking with the eCigs/eSmokes... you just have to use it more than the Smokes.

Props for the desire to better youself, and WELCOME TO A BETTER ALTERNATIVE AND "TEXT SUPPORT"!

Hell I EVEN tried Chantix... to no avail. I toyed with my JKY306 for about a week, went to see ytcracker and MC Frontalot Live, and after that excursion (and Hangover), I was a vaper faux life.

Thanks for the encouragement :) I think I have replaced alcohol with about 6-8 Caffeine free diet sodas a day lol. I think it must be something with the cold drinks in a can.

I like getting packages in the mail earlier than expected. Especially when you know the mailman ain't coming the next day! Good luck and welcome.

For real! I didn't expect it until Monday what with no mail on Friday or Sunday this week. I didn't even know they delivered mail on Christmas Eve! I figured I would be lucky to get the delivery on Saturday but wasn't holding my breath.

I'm also looking for a manufactured PV,
Vapor King looks tempting...perhaps the Protege. But I got my mind set on the Spade from VaporTalk. Hope it works out for ya.

Thanks :) Best of luck to you also!

I found a video of someone new to vaping demonstrating his kit from V4L

If you want to watch it, go to youtube and search for "Vapor4Life Review Part1"

I would post a link but I do not think I have enough posts to do that yet.

Whichever you choose to go for, thumbs up for switching to a healthier way!
