Recieved my e-cig from Pillbox38 just yesterday.

After managing 7 months off the weed I finally cracked-gutted but it has happened.

First impression, it tastes horrible, and after smoking roll ups very disappointing.

But 24 hours later, I have to say the taste has improved, and am very pleased indeed with the whole e-cig thing

Was advised to top up with e-liquid which I will order probably tonight, hopefully get it for the weekend.

I can see the attraction, have happily spent this evening checking out all the cartridge & liquid flavours

Should I get a 2nd as a spare just in case? How reliable are they?

They aren't very reliable at all, they can conk out at any time. I'm not sure if you're saying you gave up smoking a while ago and are still off them. If you can last a couple of days without an ecig or cig then you can get new parts from Pillbox or Smokester pretty quickly and don't need to worry too much about spares. However, if you need an ecig to keep you from smoking you might want to have some spares ready. A second kit is probably as good a way as any to get what you need - spare atomiser, spare charger and a couple of spare batteries.

There are loads of different flavours, I'm sure you'll enjoy finding the ones you like best. Welcome to the forum and the esmoking club.

right on dandemegs, i as well am a vaping noob. got my classic pen style from puresmoker
on monday and am loving it too. Over 2 days now without a real cig. thank the maker for
these rad little gadgets!!

Kate, I gave up a while ago, and then faltered. Went back to rollups for the weekend Havn't had the urge again since the e-cig arrived.

Have now ordered some virginia juice, and a classic pen . Vanilla cartridges arrived today, but not too good a flavour.

If I have on criticism, the 901 is a bit erratic, and could do with more vapour-apparently the classic is good for this
