Just received my Vape Dudes order, should I let them sit?

So I am kind of new to vaping in general but I do drop and have an Ameravape Apollo. So far the premium liquids that I have that came in glass bottles such as my Monarch Citadel and Prince and Cosmic Nutz and especially my favorite, Betty by Pin Up Vapors. Those are always consistent and taste good right away. Yesterday I received my order from vape Dudes of three 15mL's; Buttery Nipple 16mg @ 50/50, Blue Honey 16mg @ 30PG/70VG all with extra flavoring. I tried them and they did taste pretty good but there wasn't that honey tone in the blue honey and I can't even taste cream in the Buttery Nipple. Sorry for rambling lol, my buddy suggested I take the caps off of them while I'm asleep and when I wake up to re-cap them and shake them and then remove the air from them to replace with new air and repeat one more time to get it to age better? I forget where but I have heard that the higher the nicotine content, the longer you "steep" it, the worse it will taste, no idea if any truth to this at all. Thanks in advance!!!! Also if I should let them sit does the cap off really matter? And how long would you guys suggest? They were created 3/05/2015

I'm not familiar with the vendor, but that batch does sound like it was mixed to order, so it would most likely benefit from some steeping. I would shake them well, then let them sit for 2-4 hours with the caps and tips off (in a well-dusted cabinet). Then re-cap and shake again. Burp and shake the bottles daily for as long as you can stand the wait...at least a day or two. I'd wait two weeks myself, but if they're already "tasting pretty good" they're no burning reason not to enjoy them sooner.

Breathing the juice with the caps off is mostly done to remove any alcohol or other volatiles that may have been present in the flavor concentrates. The shaking, burping, and waiting is about getting in more oxygen and helping the diffusion.
