Just recieved my order....dead batteries and PCC

I was wondering I just recieved my order and I got 2 dead batteries that will not charge and also the PCC I ordered does not work. I have sent emails the last 2 days to the company and I haven't gotten a response. I have the feeling I'm out $55.00, and that stinks, does this happen often??? Thanks

This does not happen very often. It is always possible for a part to be DOA, but even that is rare. If the company is not responding to emails about this issue, you may want to PM them on here (if they are a registered supplier). Or go to their sub-forum (again if they are a registered supplier) and post a message about the dead parts. If they are not a registered supplier please provide the name of the company here if they do not respond within another 24 hours so everyone knows to avoid them.

If the company continues to avoid your emails, please post a review of your experience in the supplier review forum so that others will know to avoid this shop. If they are an ECF verified supplier, they may even have their status revoked if they completely refuse to remedy the situation.
