Yup, Lemo seems to be all the rage--easy to build, large deck, simple single coil Kayfun style built, more air than Kayfuns.

The only minor complaint I've seen is the clumsy airflow control--nothing else, really. Oh, and the 23 mm diameter--most people would prefer a 22 mm device. That said, the Sub tank is a whopping 25 mm...

And it's not a clone, for a change. It's an affordable original design, albeit based on the svoemesto's Kayfun.

Would you say the kayfun has a better airflow control? That is one thing that could sell this one.

Not really. And there isn't much airflow to control. Most people, OK, many people, :) remove the AFC screw altogether and still complain that the draw is too tight. The Lemo has a huge amount of airflow, much more suitable for higher wattages.

I like everything about the Sub Tank but the size. 25mm diameter? Seriously? I'm hoping for a nano 22 or 19mm version.

Those tiny juice channels worry me a bit. PB says it didn't restrict wicking for him in his review, but I'm not a believer yet. I agree the 25mm seems weird, but it is a pretty safe bet a 22mm will be soon to follow. Kanger is not one to sit on their hands very long when there is money to be had.

Sounds like a good one too me unless anyone knows of a rta with better airflow control so its not wide open all the time. When I get a wide open hit from a couple friends that have rda's its always harsh or a crap hit.

:2c:

Throwing my hat in, cause I seriously think it is an overlooked piece.

My frist RTA was the SMOKtech RSBT.

1) It is a bottom build (like a fogger or kayfun)
2) Pyrex tank (4-5 ml capacity)
3) stainless steel tank sleeve has saved my wallet-side buttock (dropped it several times, no damage)
4) the air control goes from nil to 75-80% of the openness of an Orchid with a 1-5 hole spin dial (like an earotank)
5) it's about 30-50 bucks for the OEM, not a clone.
6) the air plenum rises above the bottom of the build deck so leaking isn't much of an issue at all.
7) once I figured out wicking I've had no dry hits, even chain vaping
8) With a little knowledge, it doesn't require any syringe tip bottles ot fill - I use the eyedroppers I get with my e-liquid.
9) It's not the same thing everyone else has.
10) comes with a beefy pyrex drip tip.

Sure, the thumb screws are a little strange, but they are replacable with real screws on the build deck pretty easily.

After seeing some youtube vids and just seeing how there haven't been many cons with the lemo on the forum that's the direction I am leaning towards as well. I like the drop because it is a little stealthier. Not too concerned about the loss of ml with it either as I always fill up before leaving the house with my current tanks.

Can't beat the price either but kinda tough finding any online at the moment except for on eBay. Here is the link for a black drop on ebay which seems to be the best price I have been able to find so far http://www.ebay.com/itm/Eleaf-Lemo-...810?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f432c4e8a (free shipping too!)

It is my understanding that the draw on Lemo can be tightened, but I don't own one yet, so everything I say on the subject is second hand information. I suggest you visit the thread I linked above and talk to actual users if have concerns.

hmm, ya this is a hard one now I'm leaning towards the lemo as well after checking out the thread. But this smok rsbt is looking nice as well, someone mentioned it and, looks pretty decent. Ugh, may just flip a coin for the first one ha..

Or get both.

Good luck and have fun!

I think the Squape Reloaded is quite a good RTA.
It practically wicks itself and the vapor production and flavor is good too.

On the other hand, if you are a flavor chaser (like me :)) then i would rather recommend the Erlkönigin (or Erlkönig).
I yet have to find a RTA that beets the Erlkönigin when it comes to flavor intensity.

At the beginning I even hated the Erlkönigin, because it tasted bad.
But it turned out that I just needed to cut down the flavor percentage of my liquid by at least a half.
The flavor that I was getting from the Erlkönigin was just so intense that it started to taste soapy (a sign of too much flavor in the liquid).
