Ive been vaping for just over two weeks. I picked up an ego kit with ce4 clearos, and a couple bottles of juice and joined ECF soon after. I got kinda lucky with one flavor (hazelnut) as I like it quite well. Apparently I chose wisely since ego threading seems to be a standard of sorts. I'm still a bit overwhelmed by the shear amount of information here on ECF.. so many acronyms! After reading about the common complaints of topcoil clearos ive ordered a protank mini 2 and a handfull of juices. Since the juices need to steep a while a 2nd bottle of hazelnut will hold me over till then, only problem is this brand runs $10 for 15ml!..
My next step will be a VV setup, just haven't decided which..

My juice path went like this

menthol flavors > tobacco > coffee/mocha > vanilla/creamy > Fruity/drink flavors

So now i vape nothing but fruity/drink flavors. When im looking for a new flavor i usually do sample packs of 5 or 10 small bottles and drip them. Better than getting a flavor based on OTHER PEOPLES reviews and thinking its the worst thing ever.

Its good to find a base of flavors that you like, sort of like what i listed above and then stem off from there. Then again there are curve ball mixes that you may occasionally like from different base flavors.

Oh wow, I'm on the same path except I skipped the tobacco stage. I'm now on coffee/mocha and sliding over to vanilla/creamy. Maybe I need to keep the fruity flavors I won, though I don't know when I'll get to the fruity stage.

I was a 38 year smoker--thought nothing would ever work to help me quit. Once I found the right set up and the right juices--it was magic and a very easy transition from analogs to vaping. There is so much to learn and I have made a lot of mistakes and purchased many things I really did not need. No regrets--learning from the mistakes has been part of the journey. This forum has helped a lot!

Good Luck to you--I hope you find your 'magic' combination!
