Just started vaping. Need help with purchasing cartomizer.

I recently purchased an Atmizoo Guppy with the Bayou. Need to know a simple cartomizer to purchase. From what I have read, Boge cartomizers are pretty good to start out with. But is this the exact one I would need for a 35 mm Bayou? May be a stupid question but I would like to be sure before I purchase them.

Go for boge. Your on the right track. If you want to try it, there is a Killer 705 clone at fasttech & Gotvapes that I believe would fit your carto tank as well. It's basically an atomizer that goes inside of your carto tank.

Now what exactly is the difference in having a atomizer vs a cartomizer in the tank?

Cartomizer is a combo word... Cartridge/Atomizer
Atomizer is any device that takes a liquid and "vaporizes" it.
But as per your question..
an atomizer uses (generally) a wick/coil in an airtube which resides in the tank
The "cartomizer" in the tank absorbs fluid from the tank which then feeds the filler in the cartridge which then feeds the coil in the airtube.
