I'm about to place my very first order to Temco for 100ft of 32awg, but I just want to make sure this is going to do what I need. As I've scoured the forum I original thought that I was going to want to go with 34 or 35. I prefer vaping 2.4ohms anywhere from 3.9-4.6v. I really want to try around 2.1 2.2 though. So I started searching the forum more and specifically found a thread on making 2.2 ohm heads, but it was with 32awg. My question is to make sure this is an absolutely possibility before placing my order with this gauge wire, 32 AWG Kanthal A1. Thanks in advance guys and gals.

if wanting the higher resistances for a genesis atomizer, then 32 would be the thinnest i would get. now if your talking about a dripper or something like a penelope, then i am not sure. as for a genesis the 32 is the most popular for the resistances that you stated. if you have the extra money i would also try some thicker wire. 30g and 28g is also popular. with the thicker wires you ultimately obtain lower resistances which in a genesis atomizer can work better. i would definatly start with the 32g, but in time try some lower resistances, you will be pleasently surprised on how it performs compared to higher resistances and thinner wire.

This would be for rebuilding my Vivis. For me personally, I've tried three different brand tanks, drip tips, and carts, and like I said, I personally have never had any problems from them other than the occ dry hit on a lower ohm'd head. So I want to stick with these for now. The only other one I'm interested in trying currently is Vapeonly's mega bcc. From all I've read on the forum people's experience with the vivis have been hit or miss.
