I’ve never been lucky: If I buy Kentucky Fried Chicken, I get none of those succulent breasts – just the *rs*h*l*s! I fear that this misfortune is following me into the e-cig world.

My new Janty Classic Kissbox is the latest example. I was mega-impressed by it for the first week, and then the (expensive) atomiser rolled over, totally Kaput. My spare functioned reasonably well for two days. It now gives a very poor vapour for the first drag, just a trace for the second and third, then virtually nothing. Wait 15 mins and it does the same. I’m back on my 901 for the time being.

Questions arise:

Is the second atomiser also defunct? Changing batteries makes no difference.
Will Janty (Holland) replace them? Their guarantee is vague.
Have I been downright unlucky (again), or is this par for the course with Janty?

Very disappointed and any comments/advice welcome.

Hi Duncan, welcome to the forum.

All devices are liable to break at any time and although I think Janty are better than some they aren't great either.

Your hardware is covered for six months except batteries, they have a three month guarantee. I've never heard of anyone being refused replacements and I've had quite a few myself with no problems.

The only thing you might find is that Janty Europe are sometimes slow with email replies. They usually send me replacements before they receive the faulty parts though.

Hi Duncan!
Me Too!!!! You can fix the KFC problem by NOT going to the drive thru!!!
(Just ask Joe Pesci about the drive thru)
I fully expected to be playing post office tag with suppliers and faulty devices when I started this new hobby. But my usual luck hasn't caught up with me. No returns or faulty devices yet. (I hope I didn't just jinx myself)
I have Janty, NJoy and Puresmoker products.

Good luck and welcome!
