Well as the title states, I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone on this site for all the info/patience/experience provided to anyone and everyone new to this "hobby". I would like to think it's more of a lifestyle change, if anything, for the better. Not sure why anybody would go back to the chemical soaked rags of the past but thats just me.

A little background- I was introduced to this awesomeness by a very good friend of mine who let me try his. He's vaping a BuckNaked (not sure the specs). After that I was more than hooked and had to get my own. So I purchased a Halo Triton starter kit for myself and havent put it down since. Theres alot more to just pushing the button and inhaling than I first thought, as ive found out by finding this site, but slowly im learning. Theres alot to take in.

All in all I just wanted to make my first post a post to say THANK YOU to all who have and will continue to contribute to new people like myself. There hasnt been anything I havent found an answer to on here......yet. But I know if I have a question all I have to do is.........well just ask.:2cool::)

Congratulations:toast: and welcome to the journey. I started with the Blu and am now one of those Provari people, you will here about. This does work. I have been quit for 2.8 months,so never look back. If you do stumble, just get back up. After 35 yrs and 2.5 pks a day. I can now swim a half mile and jog a half mile everyday. THINK healthy and CLEAN. Wait till you see how your life changes. Make sure you pass it on,just like your friend did. Good luck to you:thumbs:

Welcome. glad to have you here.
So true that there is much to learn when taking up vaping. Not quite as easy as going to the corner store and striking a match, but as you know, its sooo much better. I believe it is worth everything and anything it takes to get off and stay off the stinkies. PLus its so much fun too. I never enjoyed smoking, but sure do enjoy vaping. And we won't even go on about the health benefits.

Good luck.

:)

I started with the blu disposables as well. They SUCKED (sorry blu but they do). Then I moved to rechargeable blu. SUCKED even more bcuz of the money spent vs non superior product move. I'm sure you all know so I wont elaborate any more. wasnt really a packs smoker, jus bummed some, especially when having a few drinks. Theyre just plain gross. Im very happy to hear about your health benefits. Gotta take care of that wonderful machine we call the human body, for sure.

Swimming is def the best exercise one can do. I absolutely believe in paying it forward in any way possible. Cant tell enough people about it much less demanding to try mine.

Welcome to ECF Jay!

I'm glad you found something you like to start out with. Many of us here started small and spent a METRIC TON of cash upgrading slowly before we got gear that worked for us. There are a lot of resources in the forums here, and a LOT of GREAT people that will help answer any question you might have.

Looking forward to reading your posts down the road!

Thank you kindly as well. Yeah the halo works great for right now. I do plan to upgrade eventually just not sure to what yet. Kinda want something with not too much maintenance, dont really mind though I like tinkering with things I love. Something that obviously performs and that has little to no problems. Any products to be guided towards or to look into would be awesome.

Welcome Jay! I also recently purchased the Halo Triton and am loving it.

If you haven't found it yet, there's a sub-forum dedicated to all things Halo. It's under the Forum Suppliers link at the top then scroll down till you find Halo's banner. Alot of really knowledgeable folks on the board that can answer any questions you have.

Like you, I enjoy the simplicity of the Triton and this thing puts out a really nice vape.

Thanx for the advice im checking it out now as we speak. I'm just looking for something that is 'simple', WORKS and dont need to take apart and or rebuild except for deep cleaning. Same for anything I upgrade to as well. Anyone with any suggestions on an upgraded device wiht what I have state would be awesome. Thanx again and I hope to pass my triton on for something 'better' (only for Paying It Foward) if and or when I find it. Halos working for me so far, cant complain.
