I am formally a deputy sheriff in North Carolina.
Will love swapping stories!
I've read through some of the posts. Not a lot going on in here, eh?
That's great we have a place to vent without public scrutiny, though.
Most folks wouldn't/don't understand.
It's a love hate relationship with the police.
They hate us, until they need us!

This post is a bit dated but what the heck, I just found ECF and thought I would wander around and make a nuisance of myself. I'm currently a detective in Cols OH ... for the time being. Looks like we have the same taste in critters, I've got a fur ball that looks similar sitting on my shoulder as I type this.
