Ive been without a computer for a while now so haven't checked in in a long time. I am trying find a place in California to buy liquid nicotine. Is there such a place? I was buying it from NTS vapes up until now. Apparently, the SC government now requires everyone buying nicotine to verify the address and age before they will send it to you. I am almost 60 years old, so that is not the problem, but I don't like the government all up in my business! I just want 1 liter for personal use. I don't sell it. I just make my own vape juice for me and my husband. One liter lasts us a couple of years. Last time I bought it, there was no government 'checks'.
It would be nice to be able to walk into a store and buy a liter of 10%, or even 6% nicotine in PG base. Any advice will be most appreciated!
