So I had tried electronic cigs back in 09 when they first started making headway in the us, and I was very unimpressed. I had a low quality ecig and I hated it. Fast forward to last Month, I found e cig fourms while doing a search on smoking. I read around for a while and my interest was peeked!
I am the type of person that tends to get obsessed with things I find interesting, and after reading this fourm and doing some reading it became apparent that I needed to give ecigs another try. I was a bit over whelmed by all the lingo and options because I had not been paying attention for the last few years. However, reddit, E-Cigarette Forum, as well as YouTube got me super obsessed.
So a month ago Sunday I ordered a EGO 1000Mah battery, and some juices. then a month ago monday I found out that their is a E-cig store in San Diego (AMAZING SERVICE) and I went their and bought a 650Mah Ego T starter kit and a few juices, and I was loving it.
Then a month ago Wednesday I only smoked 5 cigarettes and I got my roommate using my backup battery. I also starting reading about cartomizer's and wanted to try one. I went back to the E Cig store and bought a 5 pack of Boge LR carts and I loved them!
Thursday I noticed the downside of cartomizer's, If the get dry they burn and you can not get that taste out and since I did not have a tank it was a pain in the ... to keep them moist, plus they are messy. However, I was still loving them, and they were much better then the EGO LR stranded mouthpiece tank that came with my starter kit. I only had 2 cigarettes that day, and they tasted like crap.
A month ago Friday my roommate wanted to go to the E Cig store so she could test out some flavors, and I wanted to try a LR atty because of the frustration with carts. We got their and when I tried a drip atty OMG it was the best, so much much better then the carts IMHO! They have gummy bear flavor, and after I tasted it the ship had sailed no desire for a analog whatsoever. Its 1000x better for you then smoking WHILE being a 1000x more pleasurable. I did not have a single cig that day and I placed a order for a Lavatube!
I got my Lavatube about 3 weeks ago, and a 306 SR atty, and I am in heaven, in fact my roommate got herslelf a Lavatube after she tried mine and we both have not had a single cigarette. In fact they should pay us because I have got at least 4 people vaping and she has gotten at least 3 vaping in the last month!
I am in no way rich or wealthy, and I spent quite a bit on all my E-cig paraphernalia, but I just keep thinking that everyday I would spend 6 bucks on a pack of smokes. It has paid for itself in a month! Plus my roommate loves it just as much as I do, and she has stopped smoking cigs as well. It just crazy that I went for zero knowledge to a crap ton of it in a week, and I wanted to think you guys for helping me to find a much much healthier way to "smoke" that I enjoy way more!
