if there are still gliches in the shipping department...I I have 2 ordered that I placed yesterday and says they are still processing. Is this problem going to get better? I sure hope so because I really really like SI and their products. :(. I thought if I ordered on a Monday I would get it at least by Sat but now I am alittle worried. Anymore updates on the ce 3's? Thanks :)

Imagine said there are still a few glitches. They are also training new reps so have been a day or two behind. Somewhere there is a post from the last couple of days where she said by the end of the week, it should be back to normal.

She also said the ce3 were shipping Thursday and should be in early next week

I've had pretty good luck by ordering on Sunday mornings. So far every time I've done that I have my order no later than Thursday, sometimes on Wednesday but then I am only a about 5 hours away from SI. As far as the glitches I was getting my orders even though I never got a shipped notice. I just looked at my account and my order from last week that I received on last Wednesday still has a status of "Processing" so just hang in there they will persevere and be back on their A game before you know it. One other suggestion I would make is if you wallet allows it order enough for two weeks or even a month and then even if there is a catastrophic event you will be well stocked, that's the prepper in me talking..lol
I'm thinking 55 gallon drums and car batteries for the bunker.

We're still having issues with our system not marking all the orders sent out as "complete". I can look up a tracking number for anyone interested, you can just send me your order number through our "contact us" page on the website.
We are slightly behind due to these errors and the few new people in training (yay!)- but I'd be more than happy to look these up for you! Thanks for sticking this out with us! :D

I've been missing this forum the past few weeks, I've been incredibly busy and wish I could chat more- but I am thinking of you guys and try to check in as often as I can! :)

Customer Service at it's finest, You guys are the best even when there are problems that are of a software nature. I doubt there is anyone among us who has not experienced computer issues and the sheer frustration that goes along with them. I think the Smokeless Image Community you guys have created here are on the whole are not only understanding but if you read through the threads of recent, since the software problem reared it's ugly head many members have stepped up and offered to help those in need by shipping them their personal hardware to use until the issue is resolved. I challenge anyone to show me a similar supplier here on the ECF that has this level of member support who offer to help fill the needs of people they don't even know. SI is a great company and the folks here make this a great community!!! (I will now step down off the soap box and going back to vaping) :toast:

Sorry if I offended you 1st officer. I still have not gotten an email on the shipping/tracking and it was Monday the orders were made. I like the forum and SI. I am just not a patient person when I order online. I always bump up my shippiing to priority mail . I was not putting down SI. We had a statement that the shipping emails were back to normal and was just asking if it was down again... I did not see that Cookie monster had already answered my question. I become more patient when told what is going on. :)

No offense taken. I've had one issue with Si too but I made contact through the automated system, email and the phone number on the site and the issue was handled swiftly, professionally and above and beyond any CS I've seen in 15 years of internet shopping. Funny part was it was mostly my impatience as it was my first order with SI that caused the confusion but in spite of my initial rudeness they made it right and earned my respect and repeat business as I pretty much order some gadget or three every week. I've dealt with many internet suppliers over the years because I build Custom Motorcycles and my normal experience with Customer Service folks has not been stellar to say the least. I also learned that it's better to contact a supplier direct and give them a chance to make things right before I open a thread on their forum. Once you have done all that you feel you should or can, if you don't get satisfaction then you open a thread. I went the PM, email, phone call route and had my problem addressed the same day. The first things I've posted concerning CS and SI was to praise them for doing all they could and more to make sure I was taken care of, Just Saying...

I guess we all have different ways of dealing with problems.
