I have placed many orders from different DIY ranks among the top I have ever dealt with!! Placed my first order with them, I want to start dabbling in my own mixing. My shipment went out the next day, when I received my order the mailman was not very nice to itL
The toolbox latch was broken off. I sent Dawn an email saying just to let you know the mailman was mean to me and explained what happened. I was willing to pay the shipping or whatever was needed to get another toolbox. She promptly replied no need, and sent me another one out the same day!!!

you are welcome, i hate when they do that.. I love LOVE my mailman... i give him presants.. loll.. he is always bringing me things.. SOME HEAVY.

Now i have a new thing a delivery guy that brings a PALET.. lol of stuff.. i love him too..
