Since retired is an Administrator on this site I guess he can tell where you are posting from and knows vaping is illegal there. I would suggest you try ordering from China and keeping your orders small and cross your fingers that it makes it through customs as they can't check all packages. Not sure I'd recommend the JUUL to you though as you will have to constantly feed it cartridges which presumably you can't buy where ever it is that you are. Maybe a device that would allow you to easily refill it and build your own coils and wicking would be better. Making coils is not hard to do and wicking them is just as easy, and wire and cotton must be readily available.

I'd start by posting a question with the name of your country in the title. That will attract other vapers from that country here on ECF to give you more specific help.

On the top right hand corner of this post you will find --"your name" next to "Inbox and Alerts"
Click your name. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details".
Click Personal Details.
In Personal Details, scroll down and you will find "Location" Could fill that line in.
