My resolution is to get in better shape and take off 40 pounds. Ive officially lost what use to be a 6 pack, and it makes me sad. So I am selling my kitchen table (catch all) and putting a Bowflex in its place. Have to wait till tax time but I am committed. I also have an exercise bike. The kind like my grandparents had, and I took up Yoga. Next week when we go shopping, we are changing the entire way we eat and going all out. The wife is worried about the cost, and I am worried that cause she works nights, I will have to learn to cook in something other then a microwave. Cant get it done just thinking about it though. The longer time goes the bigger I get and the harder its going to get. Thats my resolution.
