[2nd chance]

Just got mine and put it on the on position and put a BBC on it, Its firing and won't stop.
So I unscrewed the end cap and took the battery out, and have been playing with it all day and it doesn't want to stop firing. Any advise as to why this is happening?? Any one else this happening to?

I also took off the little white washer on the spring, was that supposed to come off or stay on??

I'm pretty sure that stays in. In most bottom firing mechanicals there is a white washer that the battery sits on. If its not there the battery will have nothing non conductive to sit on. Put it back in and if that doesn't help I'll look for a picture so I can see how this one is made.

Now its not firing at all.

Ok well at least your getting somewhere. First is the battery loose and rattling? If it is screw the top half down further. If it is not loose check the bottom cap. Is there a philips screw right in the middle of that white washer? Try loosening it half a turn and then put it back together and try to fire. Repeat the turning of the screw and the test fires several times and tell me how it goes.

The very top part is not letting me unscrew it, now I will try the bottom

Are you referring to the telescopic tube part or are you trying to screw off the ego well?

I really like the look of these and will be getting one soon. Anyone know how solid they are? How is the switch to push, firm or loose? I'm worried that it wonk work as good as it looks.

Switch is solid, a bit tight but after using it a little bit it became natural and smooth
Over all, its a nice solid tele mod
