The grass is green.
Today is my daughters birthday! So I'm feeling lucky!

The sky is only blue sometimes, other times it looks grey. During tornados here it turns a sickly yellow-ish green.
Grass can be many different colors, depending on what kind of reflecting is going on in the atmostphere. Grass color isn't dependent upon the sky color anyway, it has to do with the colors it doesn't absorb.

I'll go with if the sky is blue, the grass is CYAN.

although if you are speculating that the sky may be blue instead of another color, we dont have anough of a sequence to figure out what color it alternatively would be.
