It doesn't do much, just holds a battery. It's going to be what's on top that will make a difference.

The Kamary K100. I have one of those. It's a mech mod (mechanical) those work best with RBA's (Rebuildable atomizers) If your new to vapeing you may have much better luck with a regulated mod. Such as an MVP V2. Mechs do require a bit of a learning curve, and you really need to brush up on battery safety with those if your not already familiar. There great little mechs though!

Like Clark said, the K100 is just a mechanical mod, so basically it's just a battery holder with a momentary switch. You control the temperature of your vape and the vapor production with the atomizer that you attach to it. If you want more vapor, go with a lower resistance. What topper are you using on the K100?
