This is not news as much, but I'm not sure where to post this.

I've had a hostname from this company crawling my company's mod retail website for days now.

The visitor in question refreshes my site's page every couple of minutes..

Perhaps I'm being paranoid, but why in the good name are they interested in an ecig vendor? :?:

Does anyone know if Kaiser Foundation is involved in any way with the FDA regulations? Or if they have an official stance. From a search, they deal with health insurance. This does not make sense, as we are based out of Canada anways.

I know in the US there's a higher premium rate now for smokers. Naturally the ruling class does not care to distinguish between harmful/not harmful. They're just looking for a way into your pocket.

Can you check your site to see if they're hacking for names and addresses?

Otherwise block it. They have no business being there, especially if you own the site and don't want them there! To heck with that! Keep us updated.

Block the domain name of the host and the IP address at your firewall, watch for a renewed attempt with a different hostname / IP. There's no legitimate reason for anyone to be crawling your site or refreshing your site's page every couple of minutes.
