kamry 101 question

i just graduated from the new forum group. be gentle please...lol.

i have a kamry 101 and i want to include a kicker to it. i hear a kicker is 2 things: 1 it is a fuse to protect you from the battery in case something goes wrong. 2 it makes the k101 a VV mod. which one is right? or is it both?

Actually, a kick is a VW regulator... and it functions as a over-discharge limiter as well. For example, a smok kick has... I believe a 12a limit.

Not a fuse. A Kick allows you do do variable wattage vaping with a mech. mod. It is a little kludgy as you have to remove it in order to change the setting. Keep in mind too that the largest battery you can get inside there is an 18500 because of the space taken up by the Kick.

You can also add a fuse if you want. Search on "2 cent fuse" for more info.
