Kamry K1000 burnt taste quickly

I'm new to vaping and I have a Kamry K1000 epipe which I love.

The problem it, the atomizer head doesn't last very long. Less than a week. I do kind of chain vape when I am at my computer, so maybe I am just going through wicks quickly. I am using dark tobacco juice which I have read clogs up the wicks quickly as well.

Would getting a different atomizer help it to last longer? Or is a week the average time those atomizers last before getting a burnt taste?

dark juices can gunk up a coil in 2 days... especially chain vaping... not too much one can do to avoid this, best bet, get an atty that can be recoiled/rewicked and expand your knowledge in vaping...

I use a protank 3 on my k1000 and have no problems with it

just went and looked at a k1000 on the web... looks like it can take other attys might look strange, but maybe a kayfun clone would fit the adaptor and the mouthpiece would fit the Kayfun clone driptip hole...

Don't want to hijack the thread, but did you need an adapter to fit the protank 3 on the K1000?

I looked at a few videos and I think this mod has a 510 connection so all the protanks should work.

I went and bought a protank 2 from my local shop, the problem is no air! The k1000 has the air holes on the base, in order to get vapor, I have to loosen the protank 2 to the point where it wiggles around.

I believe the protank mini has air holes in the fitting, so I am going to check that out today, and save my protank 2 for a future DIY pipe product.

quick question = my kamry epipe stopped working; can anyone help? I changed all the parts I can but no luck!
