Kamry telescopic storm, button problem

Hi guys

So I Have a Kamry Telescopic Storm (KTS) (ggts clone), anyways when I fire it on the button get super hot after a couple of seconds, this never happened before and I have had it for about a month now.

Does anyone know the cause?

know its even worse, everytime i hit the button it gets hot, like burning hot

Had that issue out of the box. I assumed poor connection inside where the switch contacts. Didnt have any noalox on hand so i put a light coat of generic dielectric grease on and it cleared right up. I also have to reapply when i clean everything

Is the button hard to get out ?

Are you sure your atomizer isn't shorting out? Are you running super low resistance? I would also check to see if your battery is getting really hot.

The only times I've had the button get hot on my KTS are when I've had the coil shorting out on the outer ring of an rda. You'd think checking resistance would prevent this, but the coil expands slightly when it gets hot...

Might need to remove the switch and clean everything up. Make sure it is spotless clean and well tightened when reinstalled.

Loose switch
Dirty switch
Bent center post - where switch makes contact

Check all these areas as heat is always at the weak link.

I got mine from FT and is defective. The button makes contact even when not pressed. Scarry!
