Kangar MT3...nasty continous mouthfuls of juice

I'm having a problem with the Kangar MT3 I received yesterday...I always am getting a mouth full of nasty juice and some gurgling, but a lil vapor for the first few hits then none, except for more liquid in the mouth...I made sure not to overfill and not to get juice into the center hole by using a needle pin tip on my bottle....so then I took out all the juice and base coil and cleaned it with a Q tip and rinsed out the MT3, let it dry, and then refilled it half ways (1-1.5ml) and still have the continous mouthful of juice with every hit..also I notice my 650a ego T battery connection gets very warm and the MT3 base/head gets very warm as well after a few hits, and the vapor is then non existent...at that point I change to a disposeable (2-4 week) top fill clearomizer from a local shop and all works well then and the battery cools down and I get no gurling and lots of vapor and a good hit the rest of the day...but if I wait a few hours and go back to the MT3, I have the same problem again with continous mouthfuls of nasty juice and a very warm base/head and battery connection, after 2-3 hits, and no vapor...I really don't know what to do at this point..

Sound like you may have gotten a bad one. With mass marketed items like this the DOA Fail rate is relatively high. We have used a few of these and have had no real problems. In fact I would have to say that we have been happier with these than any of the other clearomizer type tanks we have used. Those and the regular clear tank versions are so far aces in our book.

Yep, I did take out the bottom base/head/coil many times to drain, fill and clean the clearomizer, the past 2 days to try and solve this issue..and while doing that, I already have numerous times checked the lil white plastic O rings which seem to be seated and sealed very well....but I can even turn the MT3 upside down and have a drop or 2 of liquid immediately fall out...and see it in the mouthpiece aka drip tip or whatever ya want to call it..I've watched many You Tube videos and not 1 has had this problem, most are tutorials and reviews...

I'm beginning to think as Tomb mentioned that , these are mass produced at some factory in china, and I may have just gotten a faulty one...there isn't much to these, but any slight lil crack internally in the center hole piece or unseen bad seal between the mouthpiece and basic clearomizer could cause this....contacting the seller/dealer to see if a replacement MT3 will be provided..

LOL..lowlife thanks for the reply...ummm, my patience isn't that long to rebuilt the coil head base...I would be throwing it against the wall after 2-3 minutes of using jewlers screwdrivers and doing small tedious lil tasks like that..I'll spend $2.29 and buy 10 of em...hahaha...but I really do appreciate the link and your help...what has been said seems all point to a bad base head/atomizer/coil...the dealer, MBV, is sending me 2 T3's, so thats should do the trick and just reaffirms all the good things I have heard about them..

Possibly a dislodged tube or the Flavor wicks are missing.
Set the Kanger upside down and remove the Base.

Place the Kanger, still upside down on a paper towel and lightly blow through to remove liquid in the tube/mouthpiece.
Set the T3 in a dry area of the paper towel to see if it starts leaking more fluid. (This test the upper tube)

Rinse the wick and looking from the side, inspect for any gaps around the wicks.
You can hold the base and wiggle the tube out to get to the wicks.
There should be 2 6mm flavor wicks setting on top of the 1mm(?) coiled wick.
Silicone tube seal needs to be Lip down if your juice is thin.

Are these the mini ones? All of mine worked really well. They do crack really easily though :(

I'd point at it being defective product

Edit: I see you said half way is about 1.5mL so these are the bottom coil ones.. I've had luck with unraveling fresh 2mm wick and using about half of the stands instead of the wick that it comes with on top of the coil. Any more and it's nasty dry hits. YMMV

I just got one that was the same - mostly mouth hits, hardly any vapor and no flavour. I've tried everything I can think of and am now ready to satisfyingly smash it to bits with a hammer. I'll get it working fine for one tank, then think it's fixed, then head for work for the day and it'll just spill into my mouth. Vendor ignored my request for RMA (and I ignored vendor when I just spend $350 on supplies).

I don't give up easy on this sort of thing, but I give up.
