I am using a e-go c-twist, and after my 1st few days went and got a Kanger aero mini. Seems I have had nothing but trouble.

It has leaked and also constantly gurgles. When I vape w it for more than a few minutes it gets really, really hot (the button on the e-go gets hot too). The juice starts good, but I get burnt taste after a few minutes - correlates with the heating up I think. Also, it seems really 'airy' no matter where I put the airflow dial.

I have done the blow into kleenex method and taken apart, washed, and reassembled several times. It doesn't seem lime anything is loose or broken ... but it just doesn't seem right.

Any advice or tricks? Thanks!

Seems too much liquid is getting into your head. See if this helps:
Try vaping on the biggest airhole. More air, less liquid that gets into your head
Get thicker eliquid. Most of the time 60/40 will vape well
Try to keep your liquid in the fridge, specially in summer
Get a Kleenex and roll it tightly, sticking it into your chimney.Turn the clearo upside down, blowing from the airhole to lodge any liquid or condensation behind.
Turn up the voltage just a bit. Normally 2v over your head's ohms (for instance 3.8V for a 1.8 ohm head).

If all fails, the head might be dirty. Wash it under hot tap water, as hot as it can be, from both the chimney and the bottom side for a couple of minutes. Then leave it in alcohol for a couple of days, rinse and try again.

Thanks for the quick replies! I'm going to try all your suggestions. One other question. Would this happen possibly because I was using a dark juice (a coffee flavor) in it? Looms like the blend is 65% pg / 35% vg. I went ahead and got a Kanger aero (not the mini) so I didn't have to refill as often and so far it is awesome - but I have only used a clearer juice in it.

Thànks again! Will post how it works out.

darker liquids tend to gunk coils faster.

high pg liquid wicks faster; more likely to flood a bottom coil.

Sounds like just a bad coil to me. The unit heating up excessively and performance falling off is one of the signs the coil is going for me. Depending on where you bought it, it my have come with garbage coils.
I see you solved you problem with a better tank :) but you may want to try one just to have an alternate clearo.
