3. it is purely a cosmetic thing, but the delta looks filled when you fill it up- the others have that annoying "half-filled" look right after you fill them up......

This really bugged me about the AeroTank. So I found a post someplace that told how to really fill it up and it worked for me. Now when I fill up my AeroTank mega it looks 95 to 100% full.

You simply insert a Q-tip into the chimney from the drip tip side so that the puffy end of the Q-tip is blocking the chimney, then fill the AeroTank mega up to the very bottom of the threads where the base screws onto the tank. Then put the base back on the tank pushing the Q-tip down into the chimney and screw on the base.

Then simply pull out the Q-tip, turn over the AeroTank mega right side up and it will now show to be 95 to 100% full.

I know it's only an aesthetic thing but it makes me feel better if I'm going to go to the trouble of refilling my tank that it should at least look to be really close to full plus the added small benefit of getting that much more eliquid into the tank to last a bit longer during the day.

the operative word for me is "trouble". i prefer a tank design which doesn't force me to use some trick(which may become messy) to re-fill the tank. the delta is a simple fill and it looks filled when finished. don't need any other supplies to make it look full. i guess i wouldn't mind if the end resulted in a better vape, but the delta is not only easier but tastes better anyway.

I wonder if they didn't lower the cap because it would look too much like a Kayfun?

I use the stainless sleeve that way I don't have too look at the air. I just top it off when I think about it. Heh, more annoying than looking at the necessary gap is needing to top it off when it is not empty and you can see the juice.

Man the things we can find to biotch about :) are these first world problems? oh, the horror!

Well I have run kanger, aero tech and joytech. I also use dripper tanks. And if we are looking at just vapor output, kanger just doesn't have it. The delta is just amazing. And the build quality is outstanding. I have had to rebuild kanger tanks so many times due to faulty seals and glass braking. And as brought up earlier I have had many faulty coils from kanger and not one from joytech. I have also noticed that they seem to last longer. I have been running the same coil in my delta for a little over a month and it is still puffing strong. Delta is the way to go if you ask me.

I definately agree that the Delta is the better of the two. However the kanger aerotanks are good, coils, eh but the tanks are good.
