I Bought an Aerotank just last week and out of the box the valve was stuck on, though eventually Ibwas able to move it. Last night I took my device apart to give it a cleaning and the valve was stuck to my Magneto.
Eventually with vice grips and pliers I got it off but the control ring wouldn't budge.

Frustrated, this morning I went and bought a new valve. Low and behold a few hours later the valve is stuck to the mod and the ring is unmovable.

Can somebody please help me?

I'm not really sure the best way to get the ring un stuck, I own an aero tank but a pair of pliers has worked for me before, the problem I have with the ring is keeping the threads clean as that's how I've got it jammed before, I usually have it in my pocket when out and about, even a bit of lint can build up and eventually jam it, maybe try a needle and scrape around the the ring and see if it helps

I use the same valve on a Protank 3. The press fitting came apart on me as well. I cleaned everything and placed a small amount of super glue on the press fit and pressed it back together, for the last time. All was good after that. Never had a problem with the valve locking up, but never used the adjuster ring to tighten the valve onto the tank, which should be tightened a gentle finger tightening at the most. The Protank 3 also uses a press fit for the shaft to the upper housing as well, which came apart and emptied my juice out. As before I cleaned and glued with no further problems. Very little glue was used and I placed it deep into the channel so no residuals can make it into my liquid.
