Hi,
I just received my aerotank mega last week and so far I'm quite disappointed. No matter what I do, after just a few pulls it starts gurgling, regardless of what setting I use for the airflow. I like the looks and the build quality, but I can't stand the wasted tank space. You turn it upside down to fill it, and when you're done filling the whole glass tank is full of liquid. Then you turn it around, and like a magic trick, your tank is only half full.

II just bought the Mega and have the same issues. Iwent into the shop to buy the Aspire Nautilus and got talked into buying the Mega. Needles to say I went back the next day and bought the Nautilus.
The gurgling issue was super annoying to me. And it seemed like juice would build up around the airflow hole. I took mine apart, dried well and replaced the coil and haven't had the gurgling issue since. Make sure you don't get liquid in the tube when filling and don't overtighten the parts. The wasted space thing is another issue I have... Turn the tank upside down, fill up to the brim... Put it together and turn right side up and BAM, it looks half full. No remedy to this..
With that said...I think the out of box performance of the Nautilus is super! I really wanted to like the Mega better due to build and looks. But the Nautilus has won me over. And is IMO the better performer out of box. Now that I have resolved the gurgling issue w the Mega I may give it another go around, if I can only convince myself to take off my Nautilus lol.

The coils that came with my mega were v1 coils with two dots on the side, they were rubbish. the coils most decent vendors sell now are the v2 coils with an oval slot on the sides, see below:

With these, no gurgling, no leaking, absolutely no fuss and a much superior flavour. The nautilus is ok, but the coils are hit and miss with many gurgling and leaking, some dead straight away, and goods ones lasting only around 3 days. Nautilus coils are also expensive. Another option which I can't comment on as i've never done it is rebuilding old heads (which are easier apparently) and use them. It is either the v1 coils or user error, as i've got 5 mega's now and not an issue with any of them, or any coils they've used (so far)

Hope this helps
