I have been through a couple of tanks on the kanger mega and IMO, it sucks. I was using the original aerotank and like it, so I got the mega just because it will sit flush on my APV. Once I get about half way through the tank, there is so much juice on the coil that I get little flavor and almost no vapor. I can solve it by letting it sit for a while upside down to dry out the wick, but it's temporary. After taking it apart I see why it doesn't perform as well as the original. The original has a small bowl that the coil goes into-there is a lifted lip (can't figure out how else to describe it) that must keep the juice flow at a better rate. The mega base is flush and flat and all of that juice goes into the coil. I can see that the coil chimney is flooded on the mega when I take the drip tip off and have a look. I'm using the same coils. I might be able to fix it with my own rebuilds and cotton instead of whatever Kanger uses, but I have to wonder-did any of them try this thing before they put it to market?

Just curious which style coil you're using on it. Mine came with the first version of the new enclosed coils. They had 2 holes on each side to let in juice. Those coils didn't hold up too well, lol! After a couple of days, the wicks were sticking out and I was having gurgling and flooding. With the newest version coils (one larger hole on each side), its fine.

I used the Mega for about a week and gave up. The coils just weren't good at all. I've sinced moved to the full size Nautilus Aspire, but I'm not using the BDC coils, I'm using the BVC coils which just came out and it's simply the best vape I've ever had. Search for threads about the Nautilus MIni and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I've tried the coils that came with it and the newest version of the coils. Flavor and vapor drop with both due to flooding. It doesn't leak, it just doesn't really vape. The usual suspects being? The seals seem fine and everything was tight. IMO, it's a design flaw-never happens with my original. I'm going to put a rebuilt in to see what happens with it.
