Yeah, it turns out I was over tightening it. I was using the control ring to tighten it to the VTR, I switched to using the drip to screw it in and it now seats firmly and comes off with very little effort.

Just the normal single coil pro tank/evod coils will fit. With the dual coils, I've noticed they need a bit more power. 4.2 is perfect for me with the aero tank. The VTR limits you as far as what tanks will fit. I would suggest getting the MVP 2 instead.

Agree on that one.. for the price I would much rather have a MVP2.0 than a VTR .. they both do the same thing for half the cost. Loved my MVP1 just have too many mods atm to justify a new one..
