Has anyone rebuild their dual coils?

I was wondering the same thing. I've heard you have to be pretty gentle when re-building the dual coils, and haven't attempted it yet... Hopefully we'll get some insight here!

I haven't rebuilt them with dual coils, but I do put a single coil (4 wraps 32 gauge kanthal, cotton wick, comes out around 2.0 ohms) in the PT3/AeroTank coil housing. By itself, it leaked and gurgled like crazy because the side holes are too big. Fixed this problem with a piece of cotton on top of the coil. This flavor wick prevents the liquid from leaking into the center tube.

Been hitting these hard for a few days now. No leaking or gurgling whatsoever. Good vapor production, and great flavor using cotton.

Love my AeroTanks even more now, that I know how to rebuild the coils! Gonna try 30 gauge next, in order to get more wraps while staying around 2 ohms, as well as experiment with some vertical configurations.

I was just curious if anybody attempt to building dual coils. After mine burnt up I went with a single 2.5 ohm coil.
