Hello everyone!
I have seen many videos and tutorials on how to rebuild the old kanger dual coil, but it seems that they use a non-clapton wire. Because i am new to this(rebuilding coils) i wanna ask if is possible to rebuild this little coil with clapton wire. Will it be harmful to an ego battery(650mah)? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks a lot.

Below is the coil that i mean:

Possible yes... go on a need a really small clapton though.. 30 core with 40 wrap...

Would work best in the dual coil heads as a single verticle coil.

I used to do triple twisted builds un those heads. So you could do a clapton if you can get it small enough.... other issue is going to be the legs and getting good contact in the 510 without damaging the insulator.

Thanks for answering!
I will try that when i get the clapton. However, i did try to rebuild the coil with a kanthal 0.254 wire. The truth is that i dont get much vapor and taste than the default kanger one. First i did 7 wraps with inner hole being 2mm and the vapor production was awful. Then i did 11 wraps, with the inner hole of the coil being 1mm and i got more close to the default one. Should i try again with more wraps and with a lower inner hole(say .5 mm)? Thanks again!
