Kanger evod battery no longer charges

I have an evod kit, got it 2 weeks ago. One ofmy batteries doesnt charge anymore. The other one is fine. The light stays green when I try to charge the bum one. I left it on the charger for a couple hours, and it still flashes dead when I try to use it.

Clean the connection on both the battery and the charger, try charging again.
If you don't get a charge, I would request an RMA from where ever you got it.

okay, I pulled the post, cleaned out both connections, but no good.
